40 hours per week to start with overtime as needed.

Inventory experience required.
Primary responsibility will be to handle receiving and inventory tasks while maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area.

Experience:
Shipping, receiving, and inventory experience is a must.
Experience with hardware inventory is preferred.
Any experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Receiving & Inventory Clerk I Description Receiving and Inventory Clerks are responsible for understanding and adhering to LEM's Quality Management System and customer expectations to properly receive and document, examine, inventory, and create parts boxes for all scheduled jobs; ensuring that product outputs meet customer requirements before product is released.
Requiring a strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship, this position is responsible for a variety of maintenance and production tasks that promote a safe, efficient production environment delivering high-quality products.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to learn and comply with necessary safety techniques and terminology Ability to learn and comply with basic manufacturing processes, concepts, and procedures Ability to work in a team environment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to read, interpret, evaluate, and respond to procedures, specifications, drawings, and requirements Understand basic mathematical principles and have knowledge of measurement processes such as length, diameter, and counts Read and operate a tape measure and caliper Strong attention to detail Solid work ethic and pride in workmanship Effective verbal, written, and communication skills Ability to learn and apply inventory skills including but not limited to counting, matching, and reading a packing list to ensure all pieces/parts are received according to procedures Good organizational and time management skills Basic computer skills This position requires an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Comply with all quality system requirements and specifications Comply with all safety system requirements and wear proper PPE and uniforms Perform tasks in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including receiving and inventory areas of the back shop Follow oral instructions to perform necessary processes Conduct equipment inspections for proper operation and mechanical integrity Maintain all assigned or department equipment according to procedures Ability to learn to setup and safely operate overhead crane Ability to learn to setup and safely operate a forklift Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Properly setup and safely operate a variety of assigned equipment such as a tape measure, hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench, drill, miter box, and table saw according to all procedures Ensure front gate is opened upon arrival and closed upon leaving during receiving hours which are 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
Ensure all products received are inspected, accounted for, and stored according to procedures; including timely updating inventory records in Sage Ensure all Bill of Materials (BOMs) are pulled and available on the shelf 1 week prior to fabrication date.
Maintain correct inventory and parts box data throughout project by tracking in project management software and conducting inventory checks; creating reports for sheet metal, packaging and shipping materials, and job materials as required Assist the packaging and delivery personnel with loading all packages for delivery according to procedures Assist in other areas of the facility as needed or assigned, including overtime when necessary Note:
