AC Corporation AC Corporation Youngsville, LA Youngsville, LA Full-time Full-time $30 - $35 an hour $30 - $35 an hour 1 hour ago 1 hour ago 1 hour ago Pneumatic Instrumentation Supervisor $30-35 per hour Dependent of experience/qualifications Supervise and participate in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repairs of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, facilities and related controls and devices by interpreting blueprints, manufacturers' specifications, written and verbal instructions.
Plan and schedule work to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate staffing, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
Completes a job scope review and generates a material takeoff as well as manpower requirements to complete project.
Understands and implements all safety policies and procedures on projects as well as fill out all required forms.
Interacts with company reps and engineers to ensure projects being done to customer standards and engineered drawings.
Completes all labor tickets including correct charge rates, job numbers, hours worked, customer signatures and submitted to office for payroll / billing purposes.
Train and instruct new employees.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Installs, inspects and testing of pneumatic systems as required.
Lay out and install tube trays and tube routes with industry approved methods.
Run tubing either single line and group efficiently.
Reads P&ID's and order material based on drawings.
Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic systems Ability to perform function testing and commissioning of pneumatic systems.
Able to follow instructions from Manager and company representative.
Understands and implements all safety policies and procedures on projects as well as fill out all required forms.
Operates a variety of hand and power tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
