The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills and is an effective communicator.
The Receptionist will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the organization by greeting visitors, screening telephone calls and responding to inquiries.
The right candidate will also have experience in office layout, scheduling appointments, and event planning.
We are looking for a committed employee who is well organized and able to functionally multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and call them by their name.
Verify medical and vision insurance Answer questions and offer assistance to visitors.
Take messages for staff members.
Answer and screen phone calls.
Handle inquiries from customers, clients, and vendors.
Screen visitors by their names, department, and purpose of visit.
Ensure that visitors have appropriate authorization to enter the building and that they have the appropriate identification.
Be familiar with the security setup of the office building.
